Shipping & Returns

You pay in cash when your order arrives: cash on delivery. There is nothing to pay online.

After you order, we call you on the number you gave to confirm it. Once it is confirmed, we pack it and hand it to our delivery partner.

Inside Dhaka, delivery costs ৳60 and usually takes 1–2 days. Outside Dhaka, it costs ৳120 and usually takes 3–5 days.

The delivery charge is shown at checkout and added to your total.

When a size is not ready, we make it for you; that takes about 7 days before it ships. Pre-order and made-to-order pieces take longer. We tell you what to expect when we call to confirm, and the delivery times above count from when your pieces are ready.

If your order arrives damaged, is not what you ordered, or does not fit, contact us as soon as you can and we will work out with you how to put it right.
