Privacy Policy

When you order, we keep your name, phone number and delivery address, your email if you give one, any note you add, and what you ordered.

If you create an account, we also keep your sign-in details. If you write to us, subscribe to our emails or review a piece, we keep what you send us.

We use your details to confirm, pack and deliver your order and to contact you about it. Your name, phone number and address go to the courier who delivers your parcel.

We only send you our emails if you subscribe, and you can ask us to stop at any time.

You pay in cash on delivery. We never ask for or keep card details.

If you log in, a cookie keeps you signed in. Your bag is kept in your own browser, not on our servers, until you place your order.

Some pages show a Google map of our shop, and the chat button opens Messenger or WhatsApp; those services have their own privacy policies.
